VIDAR 16

The VIDAR 16 is the original, and still the best crimping tool with self-adjusting dies for producing a square crimp profile on wire ferrules 6.0-16.0 mm2/AWG 10-6 (produced to DIN 46228-parts land 4 or UL 486F).

The standout feature of the VIDAR tools is their ability to produce a very clean, square crimp, well compressed and with very little distortion along the length of the crimped ferrule.

The VIDAR 16 has an adjustment for crimp­ ing larger sizes which minimises the hand force needed to crimp larger ferrules.
